More Lightsaber Action

Respawn and EA have worked together once again in order to launch Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, an action-adventure game that follows on from the success of 2019’s Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.

Young Jedi Knight Cal Kestis once again leads the action in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. The story is set five years after the events seen in Fallen Order — Cal and his allies continue to fight against the Empire, exploring new frontiers as they are pushed to the galaxy’s edges. Players will be happy to know that Cal has maintained his Force powers from the last game, and as he faces new threats, he’s able to unlock new abilities as the game progresses.

Lightsaber combat is a quintessential element of most Star Wars games, and in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor this is presented in stunning cinematic scenes. This time around, Cal is equipped with more lightsaber options, including using a Kylo Ren-style cross-guard weapon, and this, combined with lightsaber customisations, means there are more ways to fight than ever before.

Expanding on what made its predecessor great, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor features expansive worlds that get bigger and bigger with repeated visits. Cal also has new traversal skills, whichmeans that navigating the game world is easier and quicker than before.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
