The Lexus ES In Focus

The Lexus ES In Focus

The numbers don’t lie: With a cumulative sales total of over 2.65 million units worldwide, the Lexus ES is a gamechanger in the Lexus range. What’s more, it enjoys the distinction of being the best-selling Lexus sedan in Singapore. Since its debut during the launch of the first-generation LS flagship sedan in 1989, the ES has become a true reflection of what Lexus stands for, as it brings with it an exceptional level of quietness, opulent ride comfort, as well as a generous interior.

Speaking about the recent launch of the new Lexus ES in Singapore, as well as the introduction of the first-ever Lexus ES 250 F SPORT, Samuel Yong, Strategic Marketing and Business Strategy Director of Inchcape Singapore, shares, “Lexus is committed to crafting vehicles that push the boundaries in performance, excellence, and refinement – and the new Lexus ES is testament to this. In addition to further improving quietness and ride comfort, we pursued linearity in vehicle movement and responsiveness to steering wheel operation that is faithful to the driver’s intentions. In terms of styling, we refined the elegance that is characteristic of the ES and created a new modernity.”

Since Lexus is positioning itself as a luxury lifestyle brand, it constantly seeks to create amazing experiences for its clients. For starters, the new ES boasts enhancements and new design details that echo the brand’s design philosophy, resulting in an automobile that’s quieter and safer than ever before. In addition, the new ES comes in three model variants, namely the Lexus ES 250, the intelligent self-charging hybrid Lexus ES 300h, and for the first time in Singapore, the Lexus ES 250 F SPORT.

Contributing to the ES’ ride quality and enhanced driving performance are the higher-rigidity rear suspension braces, which comes in handy in situations that call for high-speed lane changes. Meanwhile, improved brake controllability adds to overall safety. Where aesthetics are concerned, the ES features an elegant, modern look thanks to exterior design enhancements like a newly designed front spindle grille, sleek headlamps, wheels, and new exterior colors. On the inside, a touch-display multimedia system, 10.2-inch head-up display, and panoramic glass roof beautifully brings everything together.
